The Human Resources Director is to make sure the workplace is comfortable for everyone and that everyone respects their job. For example, they handle coming to work on time, handling absences, and handling religious affairs that might govern them missing a day. - Handles absences, late attendance, missed meetings, and religious absences. Basically handles how you respect or do your job.
